Olim Landed

Set up email forwarding for Outlook

Your Olim Landed address looks like u123@in.olimlanded.com. You find it at the top of your Tickets screen. Everything sent there becomes a ticket.

Set it up once. After that, letters from the government, NBN, your bank and your kupah land in the app by themselves.

Start with these senders. Add more later.

  2. Go to Mail, then Rules. Click "Add new rule".
  3. Name it "Olim Landed".
  4. Condition: "From", then type the sender domain, for example nbn.org.il. Click "Add another condition" to add more senders, or create one rule per sender if Outlook only accepts full addresses.
  5. Action: "Forward to", paste your Olim Landed address.
  6. Leave "Stop processing more rules" off, so your inbox still gets the mail.
  7. Save.

Work or school Outlook accounts: your IT department may block forwarding to outside addresses. If the rule fails, forward by hand or use a personal address.

Classic Outlook on Windows: Home, Rules, Manage Rules and Alerts, New Rule, "Apply rule on messages I receive", condition "from people or public group", action "forward it to people or public group".

Official help page: Use rules to automatically forward messages and Manage email messages by using rules.

Forward by hand

Any email, any app: open it, tap Forward, send to your Olim Landed address. Photos of paper letters: share the photo to the app, or email it as an attachment.

Privacy

Only emails that match your rule are sent. You can delete a ticket and its email at any time. Olim Landed never logs in to your mailbox.
